  • Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, however if you have any problems with your order please contact us. We encourage you to contact us with any inquiry before purchasing any item. Please keep in mind that at lot of the pieces that we sell are vintage and pre-loved - we do our best to describe any flaw that any item may have, however it is possible that we may miss something. Some light wear to vintage and pre-loved clothing is normal.

  • All items are packaged with love and sent by either UPS or DHL within 1 - 4 business days. All packages are sent with a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. We are not responsible if the shipping company does not deliver directly to the customers door. We will try our best to help the customer if any delivery issue arises, but things are often outside our control. We advise that any delivery issue in the customers country is addressed directly by the customer with the shipping company.

  • We offer free international shipping for orders over €500. If you require express shipping, please let us know prior to purchasing and we will check the current rates. Please note that in this case there may be an extra fee for shipping.

  • For orders outside of the EU, please note that there may be delays due to customs. We are not responsible for any potential customs fees. We have to declare the full price of the item so please keep this in mind. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returned packages due to unresolved recipient-related customs issues.
