Beautiful Chanel by Karl Lagerfeld runway sandals from Pre-fall 2011

For his pre-fall 2011 collection for Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld explored the theme "Paris-Byzance". This artisanal collection was inspired by Empress Theodora and the lost culture of Byzantium as well as Coco's Byzantine inspired Gripoix jewellery from the Chanel archives.

These Byzantine inspired sandals are made from suede in beautiful contrasting black and gold. Both chic and comfortable, they are perfect for summer. They feature striking spiral cut-out details and close with zippers at the back. Super luxurious and perfect for summer.
