WHY WE LOVE IT

Avant-garde American/Spanish designer Sybilla founded her fashion business at the age of 20. Her work echoes surrealism, and parallels the body-con fashion of the 1980s designers such as Azzedine Alaïa and Jean Paul Gaultier. Feminine dresses are often composed of geometric shapes, and seemingly floating abstract patterns.

Very rare. This dress echoes 1940s design in its silhouette. It’s made from a silk rayon and features a button up front. The stand-out detail is the spider-web inspired shoulders. So unique and beautifully constructed, this dress is an especially glamorous piece from the ever-mysterious Sybilla.
