Gorgeous black babydoll style dress by Yves Saint Laurent - designed by Stefano Pilati for his 2010 Spring Summer collection. This mini-dress was look number 5 on the runway.

This beautiful dress is made from cotton and features a white bib detail which opens and closes with zips and is decorated with contrasting black bows - such a beautiful and unique detail. This mini-dress also features a raised waistline, a concealed side zipper and beautiful layered ruffled shirt cuffs and raw hems. So unique and elegant, this Yves Saint Laurent dress is a piece you will truly cherish.

Italian designer Stefano Pilati was hired by Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent as a design director and he made his debut as head of ready to wear for Yves Saint Laurent in 2005. His style for Yves Saint Laurent was decidedly more french and Pilati created many trademark items for Yves Saint Laurent - most notably the wardrobe staple tulip skirt and the best seller YSL muse bag.
