Iconic and rare Azzedine Alaïa heels from his Spring Summer 1991 Tati Collection.
This collection was inspired by the french discount store “Tati” with its instantly recognisable blown-up vichy check print logo which looks very similar to houndstooth. For the time it was a very surprising collaboration. This collection is considered one of Alaïa’s most iconic and has been documented many times since its debut in 1991.
These runway shoes feature a wooden heel and canvas with the iconic Tati print.
