When purchasing from SUMO, please note the following:

  • Inquiries & Details
    We encourage you to contact us with any questions before confirming a purchase. Measurements are listed with each item and should be reviewed carefully.

  • Condition
    Our curation consists of vintage and pre-owned pieces, unless otherwise stated. Signs of age or light wear are inherent to their history. Any significant details are noted in the description.

  • Shipping
    Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every order. All shipments are sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), meaning no additional charges upon delivery. Orders are dispatched via UPS or DHL within 1 - 4 business days.

  • Delivery & Customs
    Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside of our control. For non-EU orders, please allow extra time for customs clearance. Should any issue arise, we will assist where possible, though direct communication with the local courier may be required.

  • Returns & Refusals
    If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to incomplete delivery information, the customer is responsible for any associated costs.

  • Urgent Requests
    For time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us before placing an order.

  • Sustainability
    Packaging is minimal and recyclable, inline with our conscious approach.

    We do not offer returns for outside of the EU. But please contact us if you have any issue with your purchase.

    EU RETURN POLICY

    At SUMO, we value transparency and aim to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our business and commitment to sustainability. We kindly ask all customers to carefully read the item description and check measurements before purchasing, as we prefer not to accept returns due to the sustainable nature of our business and the unique nature of our vintage designer pieces.

However, the following policy has been established for buyers within the EU:

For EU Buyers:

1. Return Notification

Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their item if they wish to return it. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. If we receive a return without prior notice it will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

- Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of use or alteration. Any signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

- Items must be returned with the original SUMO tag attached and in the same shipping box.

- Customers billing address must be in the EU.

3. Return Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes or duties. Buyers are not reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns and deducted from the reimbursement.

5. Condition of Return

Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
