Gucci's Spring Summer 2001 runway opened with sleek mesh corset inspired dresses. This iconic dress was look number 2 on the runway.

This collection was typical Tom Ford - provocative yet commercial. With his classic fitted silhouettes Ford created another ultra-feminine collection. Minimal sleek design contrasting with elegance and glamour.

Inspired by lingerie this dress is made from a nylon elastane mix with a fully boned corset bodice. The dress features a mesh overlay with bold graphic lines illustrating a woman’s curves. It features padded cups, a round neckline and a concealed back zipper.
